Osteopath D.O.

Find your physical well-being with osteopathy.

Giuseppe Ragno Osteopath

Most people think that the human body is just composed of many districts and organs operating independently. Yet our body is much more than that. It is a complex system, where different compartments work together and influence each other.

My role as an osteopath is to help you treat and overcome your pain with a holistic approach. Like a mechanic, I will be there to ensure that all the wheels of the engine, that is our body, run smoothly.

I can address many musculoskeletal (back pain, neck pain, sciatica, knee and other joints), visceral (abdominal swelling, gastric reflux) disorders, as well as pediatric issues.

Mission

My work as an osteopath allows me to face countless challenges every day with professionalism and curiosity.

My goal is to give the best to my patients in each treatment by looking for, among the different approaches, the one best suited to the problem complained of. I believe that there is no perfect treatment, each treatment is specific and individually designed.

Services

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy focusing on the global health of the patient rather than on his specific pain or disease. By relying on a causal approach, it helps identifying the functional alterations in the body at the origin of pain.

Thanks to the osteopathic treatment I can help you solve either acute or chronic sciatic pain, cervical pain, migraine, visceral issues (digestive trouble or the malfunctioning of kidneys and liver etc.).

Posturology

Posturology is the study of the position of the body in the space and of the spatial relationship between the skeletal segments to keep us in balance. There is no such thing as a perfect posture. Yet, it is possible to achieve a balance between the individual and the surrounding environment both in static and dynamic conditions, by detecting and fixing the disturbances of the postural system through a postural assessment of postural receptors (eyes, feet, tongue, teeth, etc).
